Everyone has ownership over their roles, so they feel the satisfaction that comes from close relationships, the quality care they provide and the trust we place in them. We are good listeners, we love to learn from our residents and we are here to help them live life to the fullest." Lisa was born and raised in western Pennsylvania and has two grown children, Eric (36), a nurse anesthetist, and Caitlin (32), a postal employee and realtor.
Community Relations Director: John Morris
John earned his degree from Westminster College in New Wilmington and comes to his role after helping his family navigate the process of finding care for his grandmother.
"Sorting through information on senior living communities was an eye-opening experience--one that helps me genuinely empathize with families in the same position. It can be a difficult decision, and I'm here to help them find solutions for their needs. I've noticed there's a moment when they're able to exhale, and you can help them feel a sense of peace about making a decision that's right for them. My mission here is to be a good steward of their personal stories and to honor their lives and legacies." John is very proud of his 13-year-old daughter and is thrilled to be in a community that embraces the idea that it's what happens inside this beautiful building that makes all the difference.
